• Bodies:

The ML5000 Series Biological Microscope is equipped with either a binocular or trinocular viewing head inclined at 30^o and rotatable through 360^o for comfortable viewing. Each eyetube is provided with a graduated diopter adjustment. Interpupillary distance is adjustable between 52mm and 72mm.
• Objective Changer:

Smooth operating quintuple ball bearing reverse angle nosepiece.
• Eyepieces:

Paired super wide 20mm field of view eyepieces.
• Objectives:

Three types of objectives are available. S. Flat achromats, SM Planachromats, and Planachromats.
• Stage:

The 171mm x 140mm rectangular flat-top mechanical stage with 78mm x 52mm movement is graduated with vernier reading to 0.1mm. Low level coaxial controls and detachable specimen guide are offered as standard.
• Condenser:

An achromatic N.A.1.25 substage condenser with iris diaphragm and filter tray is standard equipment.
• Illuminator:

A built-in Koehler illuminator with field iris covers all aperture and field filing requirements from 4x to 100x objectives. A 6V 30W halogen lamp with an intensity control is provided as standard equipment. Select models offer a 12V 50W halogen external light source.

Approximately 6.4kg. (binocular model) and 6.5kg (trinocular model)
